1/8 tsp coarse salt
5 cups oil
Crisco
18 tsp real vanilla flavor/Clear Vanilla
2 tsp almond extract
2 tsp coconut flavoring

6 tsp butter flavoring
8 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate (61 percent cacao)
12 pounds powdered sugar
4 cup milk
4 cup heavy cream
52 eggs
74 oz. sour cream

Pasteurized Egg Whites
12 pounds cream cheese
6 pound unsalted butter
2 Lemon
1 small Raspberry Jell-O
Jar Raspberry Jam
